At Sawyer, I write and build 1-2 consumer emails per day on Mailchimp. The goal of these emails is to drive orders and increase brand awareness. These emails are typically roundups of upcoming classes and camps, information about educators on the Sawyer network, or brand-building content pieces. The voice and tone is delightful but not unprofessional. Open rates are generally between 45-70% and CTR generally between .5-5%
